What’s Brewing at CBD?

This morning, as I was filling up my reasonably sized mug, I had an opportunity to share some of my wisdom with Colleen. The coffee we have brewing in the kitchen today is called Indian Monsooned Malabar and she asked where the name came from. I explained to her that once these particular beans are harvested, they are then thrown back outside to be exposed to the weather during the Indian Monsoon Season. As the beans absorb the moisture of the windy air, they expand in size and take on a unique flavor.
