Now that it’s April, we have a whole new batch of seasonal coffees that I can talk about. Old classics like Cinnamon Cloud and Jelly Bean are available along with newer creations – S’mores and Chocolate Chai. I figured I would take this opportunity to tell you a little bit more about the latter.

Valentine’s is almost here and it is time to show that special someone what he or she means to you. A box of chocolate is always a good gift, but not very original… why not give your sweetheart a box of “chocolates” with a gourmet coffee twist?

Hello Everybody!

I’m sure you all have noticed the handy dandy scales at the bottom of each of our coffee descriptions… you know, the ones that tell you the roast level, acidity and body of the coffee. These are great tools when trying to figure out what coffee is best for you. But, they only come in handy if you know what these terms mean. So, allow me to drop some knowledge on you…

I love Fall; the leaves are changing, the air is crisp and pumpkin rules supreme! Seriously, pumpkin takes over during the Fall… pumpkin pancakes, pumpkin bread, pumpkin pie and the list goes on and on! So, in the spirit of all things pumpkin, I decided to make pumpkin chocolate chunk cookies and give them a CBD twist with a pinch (I’m using that term lightly) of espresso.

This started out as a seemingly easy task, but it quickly turned into a night filled with epic fails and colorful swearing. This is how it went down…
